TMDSAS: Release Scores?

I took the DAT last week, it does not show up yet on TMDSAS (not recieved yet by them)...

I was wondering about this:
You must officially tell AAMC or ADA to release your test scores to TMDSAS. This does not happen automatically. For instructions on how to release scores, please see:


I dont understand how to tell them to release scores?

Do I wait for my scores to first show up and there will be an option to release scores?

i never had to officially release anything... the scores popped up about 2 weeks after i took the DAT's on my app.
