Hi! Does anyone know if I can mail in the waiver, application fees, and photos without actually submitting my application yet? The reason I'm asking is because I am going out of the country this weekend but am still in midst of finishing my personal statement! thanks!

I didn't think you got the certification page until you submitted. I may be wrong. TMDSAS was so long ago! 🙂 I'd just call them and ask.
