Do any of you guys or gals use botox to treat tmj in your residencies or practices? I have been looking into this but am having a hard time finding good clinical information. Anyone know good resources other than terrible youtube videos? I have several patients who have recently expressed an interest in getting injections for tmj but have never personally seen this technique. Thanks!

sorry... I personally don't have any exposure to Botox for TMJ and I doubt anyone else in this forum has either. we don't tend to treat TMJ in our practice. People probably go to an ENT or a dentist or something for that? maybe try those forums?
There are lots of journal articles, when I google this topic, but I didn't find any vids. Good luck in your search.
