Anybody have any of the latest info on Central/Eastern TN market?

Pay? Job quality? SDG/CMG/Hospital Employee, etc..?

I'd be curious to know what the guys are making in the Chattanooga area. I know TH has several sites in the state but don't know anyone who's worked in any of them in Central/Eastern part of the state. Apollo has the Erlanger system in Chattanooga but again...I don't really know what those guys are making or what the jobs are like out there. There used to be a big SDG called NETEP in NE part of the state near Tri-Cities area but APP bought them out and now has a lot of those contracts to my knowledge. I see some Envision jobs occasionally, one specifically for the Nashville area that keeps popping up. Anybody have any info? Thanks.

Only 2 SDGs left in middle TN, possibly the entire state in fact. Neither have openings to my knowledge.

Envision dominates around Nashville, pay from what I know is north of 200, less than 300 at all of them.

Envision sites are low 200s. App has been growing and just took over the tennova staffing. Pay is coming down. Nash general always paid low and rumor is th is cutting pay.
I think there are 3 sdgs in mid tn. All around nashville. None are hiring afaik

I just finished a job search in TX, FL, TN (no state income tax) and the TN places i considered were all $240-275/hr. Not all Envision and Team Health. There were a couple enticing offers but I found the best fit for me elsewhere

App? Maybe sheridan in East Tennessee. In central tn that’s about it.
Fwiw the vep job is no longer vep. With that the $$$ going down. Specifics of site.

Highest paying jobs around Nashville.
Teamhealth job in Columbia. Was 260-280/hr when rvus factored. This is pre announcement and I don’t believe they are hiring.
Clarksville which recently had a major change to app was paying $280. Now 260/hr for nights. Unsure days. I think 250.
Name the sites cause those rates you quote aren’t around now.
Fwiw nash general team health was at 200 and they got notice of a drop.
Centennial is $205
Southern hills was 225 I think.
stonecrest 225/hr days 235/hr for nights.

Memphis market is as follows:

Regional One - $250/hr fixed, 1.8pph or roundabouts. I think ER docs are employees or ICs for the hospital.

Baptist System (East, DeSoto) are TH and pay around $240-255/hr, Collierville pays the least ~$210/hr, Tipton pays less also unless you are HIT team which is kind of a traveling firefighter, except in the Greater Memphis area. That is a fixed rate at $275/hr and you drive around to Memphis Baptist hospitals, DeSoto across the border, Jonesboro (2hrs away) and the new Crittenden ER across the bridge into AR.

Methodist System - Sound Physicians - University pays $235/hr and is where the EM residency is located. North, South, Olive Branch all pay around $240-$250/hr. They recently purchased Saint Francis Memphis and Bartlett.

Saint Francis Memphis, Bartlett - Apollo MD - $260-$280/hr depending on RVUs
