I got a 400 on the RC section. People differ in opinions on how to tackle this section, but I prefer briefly reading the section first to get a general overview of where things are and what the main idea is. Then when you approach the questions, you can easily find the part of the passage the question is asking about. What helped outside the OAT was to just make sure I was constantly reading (mostly non-fiction), whether it would be newspapers or magazines, and understanding the articles. This helped to build analysis skills. Also, challenge yourself and find difficult passages... I don't necessarily recommend this, but I practiced on some MCAT passages which were much harder, and when I came back to the OAT the passages were relatively easy.
