I keep seeing all of these threads pop up with people feeling discouraged and so worried about their GPA's and mostly their educational pasts...well I cant lie and say that Im not a little worried that my ~3.0 will do the job come this fall but I can tell you that it can be done and you arent alone. Ive talked to many people on this site who have both 4.0's and 2.5's even who are there--where we want to be! Dont feel discouraged and give up the fight, just keep taking challenging classes and above all DO OUTSTANDING. We are very lucky to even be in the mix, some dont get a chance to go to college let alone consider going above and beyond in a professional school.

....the only thing that will surely stand in your way of becoming a pharmacist is giving up

Thank you for this post! I'm sure many people on this forum will be happy to see this nice post. You're right, we are all so lucky to be considering pharmacy school, it is an amazing accomplishment to attend graduate school. Good luck everyone!!!!!!

Most people will find any excuse to give up on something before they try so, they never have to deal with actually getting rejected/failing. That's a sad way to be, I would rather know I gave something a shot and fail rather than never knowing what could have happend. I never have regrets about things I have done, good or bad, I only regret things I never did when I had the chance. I'm in the low GPA boat, but I'm busting my butt to make the rest of my app perfect and I WILL get in sooner or later.
