do u know what will you do after u graduate? how your career in the U.S can further be developed?

I read about people who are taking huge student loans and those who aren't, will probably empty their life saving for this adventure.

for those who are green card holders--> no problem, you can stay for as long as u want w/o work permits.
but those who are coming with a student visa, how will u be able to stay in the u.s without a work permit, or even if u do get for 1 year, what about long term planning? no one promised u that u will be able to stay for 10 years and pay back the money u invested.

any thoughts?

student visa.. thw whole money issue bothers me..

it bothers me too..... Worse part is this International dentist prog is not required by my home country as we already are dental graduates there
.
But then on an optimistic note I've heard dentist here are earning between 80-150K with DDS so we should be fine
