To still apply to Pitt or not?

On their website it says:
Grades of B, or better, are expected in prerequisite courses
-I had one B- in a prereq course
DAT academic average of 19 and above and subsection scores of 17 and above
-I got a 16QR on my DAT

Do you guys think I should take this school off my list or should I still shoot my shot?

I have a similar question. I had one B- in a pre-req course at a previous college, but I have AP credit for that course at my current college and have DAT subsections of 22 and above.

Talked to Pitt the other day. I was told that their prerequisites are meant to be a guideline of what is considered competitive. However, they typically will not admit any student with a DAT subsection score below 17

Talking from experience, you'll be fine with a pre req class below a B

Ahhh that's so depressing because QR is my only one below 17 🙁 I did fine on everything else...

I think the QR score is the biggest hurdle. I would call Pitt and ask about it; they're very nice!

It is the biggest hurdle!!! I did well in all other math/physics classes I took so maybe I'll see if they'll say that it might kinda balance out. Hope it does cause it's part of my top 3!!

Random update-- also called them and they said that although they do not like seeing sections below a 17, if it's QR they are more lenient on that because they understand that's the last section and people tend to do their worst there. Phewwww
