These are the classes I want to take this fall:

Physics 2 with lab
Human Anatomy & Physiology 1 with lab (online)
Microbiology 1 with lab (online)

I also want to take General Chemistry 1 (online), is it crazy to take these classes together?

Thanks for your advice.

😕

4 science classes?
what school do you go to?
do you mind not having a life for a semester?

Personally, I have found that if you don't reallly need to take that many classes at once, then DONT! If it means you're not going to graduate one time, then you've gotta do what you've gotta do!

Yes, I agree. Unless you absolutely need to take all of these classes at once, don't. They are all pretty demanding classes. Thats a lot on one persons plate. Good luck!

where can you take those classes online?

I'd advise the OP not to take all those together...esp Physics + Chem together sounds hard!

I'm in a similar situation, debating over Physics + An easy math class or Physics + Physiology (which is notoriously hard at our school)?

Any advice?

how do you have a lab online? so odd and so impractical.
it's always better *not* to take more than 2-3 sciences a semester...otherwise your mind gets skewed...
where's your well-roundedness?

i think the OP will be fine, esp with the online labs, ive taken genetics, orgo, physiology, micro and anatomy, all with 3 hour labs in the same semester and came out alright....just manage your time well and use the days wisely...relax one day of the week to rejuvinate and GO TO THE GYM 😀

Are you a science person? I actually find that if I take less than 3-4 science classes in a semester, my GPA suffers

i like the idea of taking all the hard classes at once. then you can focus on that and not have to worry about writing papers and listening to b.s. discussions and such. the semester when i did best was one where i had all science and engineering classes. second best semester was one where i had all engineering. this works best for me, but may not for you, so i don't know how useful this info. is. good luck with whatever you decide!

Hmm. How smart are you?
Exactly.

It's possible to take all those classes and get a 4.0. Many people do. However, if you're not able to cut it, then it's going to be a rough semester. This is really only something you can figure out.

So far this coming freshman year in the fall I'm doing the 2nd sem of Chem, 1st sem of calc based Physics, Engineering 101 for BME, and Linear Algebra. I hope it won't be too hard esp if i plan on taking my mcats at the end of sophomore year and Quantitative Physiology next year along with Orgo. I just wanted to lessen the pain for next year! :scared:

I want to thank every one for their advice. I do like science and I did very well in Physics 1. Based on every thing that was said I think I will leave Chem. for next term and just take 3 science classes this term.
