If you were like me you took the DAT sometime Last year and you may have underestimated exactly how much work and effort was really required for this insanely difficult standardized test. You may have purchased the Kaplan blue book and carried it around with you in your school books pretending that you were studying it...but in reality you barely skimmed it and hoped upon a prayer that you would somehow be successful on the test without putting much work into it. As you left the testing center you could feel you heart sink as you read over and over the results of your under-preparation.
If you are like me (after the depression from DAT #1 wore off) you have reaped these forums for all they are worth over the last year: You have read dozens of breakdowns, studied in-depth strategies for each of the test sections, and gathered a pile of books and study plans that seem like there is no way that you are going to get through them. You now feel that even though you never went to Arizona State University, you somehow seem to tell all your friends about this DAT instructor named Chad who taught you what the freak a Keto-Enol Tautamerization is and got you excited about chemistry even though you struggled through it the first time. You have laughed when high school kids come into your work and see you studying the same A.P. Biology exam study book as they are. You may have even been lucky enough to feel absolutely destroyed by the Dat Destroyer.
That being said you have worked freaking hard over the last weeks and months and feel that you are almost at your limit. You have given up the things you like to do for what has to be done. I am writing this to inspire you to keep going. Join me and make these last few weeks the hardest that you have ever studied in your entire life. Go into that test feeling like there is nothing else you could have done to prepare better and that you honestly gave it your all.
Lets Beast this Test.
