Hey,

For those of you who applied to U of Maryland:

The website says they want one rec from a chemistry professor, and one from a biology professor. Will one from a physics professor not suffice? I thought I read somewhere that any science professor would work, but now I cannot find where I read that on their site...Anyone know?

I had two biology recommendations... they were fine with that... but you can always call up the school to ask: 410-706-7472

thanks so much for your reply....this is great consolation, because if i had to get one from chemistry, i wouldn't know who to ask. i've asked a bio and a physics already...and i didn't want to bother with chemistry...thanks!
