TO those who passed CPJE either recently or in the past! Need urgent answer!!

For those who passed CPJE whether recently or in the past. When you received your result letter, did you also receive the licensure application form to fill out to pay the fee along with your result letter? or did the board sent that out afterward? I only got a white sheet of paper saying I passed but nothing else along with that letter, no green sheet like some people said. Its been 4 weeks now and I still haven't received the form.

Did you arrange for your NAPLEX scores to be sent to CA?

Ravingrabbid: I did a score transfer prior to sitting for the NAPLEX 3 years ago. At the time I did ask the CA board how long its good for and they said its good indefinitely. In my result letter, it says you have to pass both NAPLEX and CPJE to be licensed, Does this mean they don't have my score on file? I've been assuming they already got my NAPLEX result 3 years ago. I'm very frustrated because I'm from out of state moving back to Cali by the end of August and have a job waiting for me and now I'm not even sure if I can get my license on time.

It's highly likely they lost/misplaced your results - you're better off resending the exam score again, though I know it's pretty expensive now. Your other choice is to call the board and hope someone's able to locate your file.
