Hello, I have one quick question about the TOEFL requirement from University at Buffalo. I am a US citizen, but when I was ~2 my family move to HK, I came back to the US at 6th grade. Do I still need to take the TOEFL exam? What do u think?

yeah I took the TOEFL because NYU, Columbia, and Buffalo said they require international students to take it. anyhow, I just got the "application received" e-mail from Buffalo, and in the e-mail they said if you went to college here in the states, then the TOEFL is waived... kinda weird. anyway hope this helps

You said you're an US citizen so you should be fine. Did you receive your degree from a US institution?

other than kindergarten I have a diploma all from US, but I did mention about my english in my personal essay
