Has anyone ever used this. I friend of mine who recently took step 1 said that he saw tons of stuff even more than Goljan HY on his exam. Just want to know if anyone else out there is using it. Its actually really great. About 3 Clinical Vignettes per page with small explanations that are to the point. About 400 pages with big font, so it could actually be mininmized to about 150 pages.

Just want to know if anyone else used it and found it helpful. Thanks!!!!!!

I used this, and I like it as well. It's pretty high yield and it did come up on my USMLE as well. I think both Tommy K and Goljan notes should be used. It's alot of stuff to read, so start early!

Thanks dude! I had the HY notes, but didn't know if I should use them. Will take a serious look at it now.

Yes, Tommy's notes are helpful. However, it is 4th on the totem pole. If you are at a time crunch, you would not want to waste time reading Tommy when you can read First Aid. Page for page, First Aid has the most bang for the buck. No source gives you all of the concepts that you will be tested. However, First Aid gets 75-80% of the questions that you will see on test day.
