Too early to ask but when do they really start calling for interviews?

The reason why I am asking this question is because I will be out of country for around 15 days in Feb.
I am going to submit my primary appl. as soon as I get the MCAT scores.
I also hope to submit the secondaries asap.
Most probably I will be applying to Univ. of Cin. and U Ky and few more schools depending on my MCAT scores

Usually they call in February - the 15 days in the middle of the month. Sorry.

Depending on the strenght of your application you might be invited to some interviews in feb. Most invitations will occur earlier but it is not unheard of to get an interview invite in feb. My advise would be that once it gets closer to the time and you still haven't heard from some schools then you should contact them and allert them to your situation. Hopefully they will be sympathetic

It's the shortest month of the year, and in many states, the coldest. February in L.A. is not unlike March or April, or even September for that matter. In L.A. - every month is basically the same month.

I had my applications complete (for the most part) in August and had my interviews in September and October.

I had most complete in July/August... quite a few invites in August but my first interview was 9/30 and that was GW. GW is fast!

Pretty funny dude. Let's hope I don't get my ass unnecessarily kicked on my own due to this. Things have happened in the past due to my stupidity. 😀
I am unfortunately proud of them.
