Been complete at a few schools since early to mid July, too early to freak out about lack of interviews?? (I know it is I'm just being neurotic)😱

I wouldn't freak out yet. Some schools may wait on handing out interviews until their new class begins. Anywhere between the end of July to the beginning of September, first year med school students are starting, and it can get quite hectic at the different medical schools.

Yes, its too early to freak out. Most schools haven't even begun interviewing yet. So just chill and enjoy the weekend.

hey i'm with you!! i was freaking out until yesterday when i got my first interview invite and my first rejection.

now am doubly freaking out haha it's going to be months of this!

I have been fighting the urge to call every school I'm complete at and ask when they are gonna invite me to interview. But I guess there is a fine line between being proactive and being a stalker...

omg, don't do that. put down the phone. be patient! I was complete for months at some places last year before getting an interview invite.

First, you wait for verification. Then, it's waiting for secondaries. Then, it's waiting for interviews. Then, it's waiting to hear back. And if you're supremely unlucky, it's more waiting on waitlists!
