Too easy a semester?

For the past two years I've been taking mostly science courses. This semester I'm planning to take 1 PChem course, 2LA course, and 1 Language course to fulfill my requirements. Next semester I'll be back to doing PChem Genetics, Bio lab and all that good stuff. The other reason I'm taking it easy this semester is because I'm studying for the MCAT and doing other extracurricular activities. Will this easy semester hurt my chances? It is a different from what I've been doing for the past two years.
