I am retaking my GRE soon and planning on applying to the Midwest PT programs. I know a lot of the programs are on rolling admission basis but do I still have a good chance of getting accepted if I apply in the next couple of weeks?

You are fine! The first deadline is in October that is still ample time to put together your application.

I didn't apply until November, and I was fine. Take your time and put together a good application!
