Discovered Ophtho very late. I am hoping to be submit today, but I was wondering how dead my app is at this point. I have strong letters from well known people and a good Step 1 score. I've missed the deadline for a bunch of programs, but majority are still open it seems.
 
What are your stats? numbers of honors? number of publications? What is ranking of your medical school?
