It is not too late. Some schools have a rolling admission so the earlier you apply the better. However, if the deadline is not until Feb or March, then it's not too late. Apply! 🙂

No it is not to late...
For example,
U of Minnesota's deadline is Feb.1, and so far they had only 2 interview sessions, and according to their website there are 5 sessions more to come:
