Too late to submit DO primary?

Hey All,

I've seen a few other "too late" threads in previous years, but they all get really specific about their stats. I'm looking for general - when is too late to submit the primary to have reasonable consideration? Thank you in advance.

Hi I am not the best person to answer this but I think late is considered jan-February 2015 I say that based on the fact that it's kind of like first come first service, and ur stats

No your not. I think July is considered early august to October on time after that late. Something like that. Goro mentioned it go look for that.
