Too late to submit U Penn Secondary?

I already processed my AMCAS back in early July, and I've been complete on secondaries since early september. However, I never chose U Penn on my primary and I regret that now. I've applied to many other top 20 schools, but for some reason I didnt pick U Penn. Do you guys think if I add it on AMCAS now I will still be in the game? How long did it take most of you to get the secondary? Does U Penn have rolling admissions? Am I just gonna be wasting ~$100? Help....

I don't think UPenn screens for sending out their secondary - I'm pretty sure everyone gets one. Also, the application takes zero time to do...no essays! Hey if you have the $100 lying around, why not. Oh, and they don't use rolling admissions - everyone finds out in the spring on the same date.

As long as you're not past any deadlines, you're fine to add Penn to your primary and complete the secondary. As was said, everyone gets a secondary and decisions are all made at the same time. Decisions on secondaries are made in the order they're received.
