So originally I was planning on applying to MD and DO schools, but I got way too caught up in my MD apps and traveling.
Is it too late to apply to DO? My stats are decent (3.53 and 34) if that matters at all.

def not too late! its basically the same info so it wont take much time to copy/paste....you just have to input the classes again

Why do people think it is late? It is only July!

To answer your question (which could have been answered by looking through previous threads) you are definitely not too late. Being late for DO is generally considered November and later.

Furthermore, you can still apply late and get accepted. For example, I applied in February. I wouldn't advise applying that late (it was a nightmare). You are still considered early at this point IMO

Agreed with @keels99 it's extremely early in the season. Also, almost every school feels more delayed than usual, so that works in your favor. 🙂

Ye, I applied last October and had multiple acceptances. You're still good, but don't delay!

Thanks for the reassurance guys! This makes me feel a lot better.

Whew thanks a lot guys! I'm currently stuck on my PS right now, and its the one part that holding me from hitting submit so far. Hoping to do it tomorrow or the day after however!
