Hey Guys,

I'm dealing with a major dilemma right now. I was hesitating all summer on applying and now I've come to the conclusion that I want to apply. I have all of my LORS ready, and have written a rough draft of my personal statement, but have not sent in my transcript or primaries, let alone secondaries. I want to only apply to schools in California, so no PCAT is needed.

Is it too late to apply? Will PharmCAS not complete my application in time? I am thinking about just saying to hell with it and applying next year because I a so worried that PharmCAS and the schools I apply to will not accept my app. Help please? 🙁

I'd say you're a little late for starting the 2011-12 cycle. However, the 2012-13 cycle is just starting up so you have plenty of time for that. Good luck!

Check with the schools you're applying to and find out if they're still accepting applications (I imagine most schools are) and whether they do rolling admissions. If they don't then they probably haven't even started reviewing applications, and you would stand as good a chance as anyone else assuming your get all of your application materials in before they do start. Even if they have started reviewing applications already, that doesn't mean you won't have a chance this year.
