I got a list of professors to ask LORs for medical school, but do you think they'll get annoyed if I ask them again for a LOR to summer programs,etc? I know their time is valuable, so I definitely don't want to get on their bad sides.

Ask if they would be willing to make any minor modifications necessary to use the same letter. Be sure to include the description of the program and submission recommendations (along with your CV and cover letter). It will be fine.
