I accidentally sent too many LOR's to a few of my schools. What do I do? Will they just throw out my application?

I had a student one year this happened to. The school reached out and asked them to specify which they should read.

I also think some schools will just read the first X and not ask.

Some may read them all.

No, most adcoms won't reject your application because you had too many letters.

Who and why are you emailing?

If they are otherwise interested, they will overlook it (to some degree).
I can't recommend contacting them to point this out, though.

i selected one too many letters when adding the school into AMCAS and didnt catch this error prior to submission
