Took orgo 2 and Biochem in the same semester got bad grades? what are my chances?

A few B's and a C won't kill you, but justifying poor grades by saying you took a few hard classes together also looks bad. Just keep trying to do better, and worry about your final GPA and MCAT when you're ready to apply.
