A lot of people here will tell you that it is too late, but it isn't. I know someone that got into their number one choice applying in November. This, of course, is not normal, but it can be done. If you're going to do it, do it now though. It will take time for your LORs and transcripts to get processed. This apparently can take up to 6 weeks! Good luck.
I e-submitted my application a few weeks ago, so I'm in a marginally better timeline than you. When I called up schools for info, they didn't seem to think I was late. I'm sure you'll be fine.
I tried to get mine in asap this month but I mean it's probably not late. I had friends who sent their applications in November and still got in to multiple schools. I don't really understand this reason for rolling admissions. I'm a Canadian applicant and the schools here look at everyone equally and fairly at the same time which makes more sense to me. But maybe I am biased? LOL
