A-D are good, E has fallen out of fashion but is probably fine.

Kois is the most expensive and possibly the most highly regarded continuum in the country. Frank Spear and John Kois started out together in WA, but then went separate ways, sending Frank to Scottsdale. You won’t go wrong picking either one if you’re on the West Coast. If you’re on the East Coast go within C or D due to location - the content will be great there too.

LVI philosophy is based on very sketchy science on occlusion and TMJ. Unfortunately they've done a great job marketing their certification as the credential to have in cosmetic dentistry. I would avoid.

I'm currently in Spear & just put a down payment for Kois. Kois is about $10,000 for Tx and Occlusion, which I really need because Tx planning complex cases has always been tricky.

My other friend recommended Misch Implant Institute.

Also been exploring the Aesthetic Advantage (from Larry Rosenthal). Found it because I follow Dr. Apa's instagram page XD
