Okay, even if we assume that the goal is to make the most money and that doing what you enjoy and are comfortable with is less important, it still is an impossible question to answer without consideration of academic vs private, number of hours you are willing to work, and whether you are talking about initial salary or potential practice ownership. Even if you specify all of these, it's still impossible to answer because of the rapidly changing landscape of private practice in some of these fields. There is no way to tell what will happen with that down the road or how the stock of publicly traded companies buying these practices will fare. Even if you limit it to the next few years, the financial agreements are so variable and complicated that it's impossible to make a meaningful generalization about salary and benefits over a couple of years time.
But yes, in terms of maximum possible income if you are willing to work for it, neo would almost certainly win for now (and your question seemed to imply present tense). Maybe not in the future. Who knows?
