if the oxidation potential of half rxn is+0.68 what is the reduction potential?

a.-1.38
b.-0.68
c.0
d.1.38

the answer is B
but i thought the reduction potenial is always greater than oxidaton potential?
 
EMF = E(red) + E(ox)

Since it is a half reaction it will be equal to 0 so it will be the same # but opposite sign..

correct me if I'm wrong, that's just how I understand it.
