What volume of HCl was added if 20mL of 1M NaOH is Titrated with 1M HCl to produce a pH of 2?

The answer given is 22.4L and I feel like the solution is too wordy/ complicated. Does anyone have a simple way to figure this out? Since the pH is 2 I assume that there is a greater volume of acid (HCl) but after that Im not sure what to do.

Thanks!
