for all those of you who have taken the topscore and achiever test and/or the DAT i would like to ask you , which of the topscore test was the hardest and which of the achiever test was hardest.

I am asking this because I would like to save these test for the week right before the DAT so that i get an opportunity to review everything else possible and take them as though that score will be most reflective of my level. From there then i would review more closely thing i do worse on.

also i would like to take the hardest 2 test 2 times.

A less important question i would like to ask is, which is most reflective of the DAT? topscore or achiever?? i have read on various forums that they have different sections which come close and don't to the real test.

Thank you for your time and advice. 😀

As far as which topscore test is harder, that is going to absolutely depend on every person. I would just take them in order if I were you.

I felt as though the actual DAT was more reflected on topscore. Achiever is pretty hard and doesnt reflect the real DAT but does serve as a good study aid to get some of the obscure questions down. I thought the actual DAT was slightly easier then topscore and way easier then achiever. Hope this helps.

And what if you take these "harder" tests a week before the exam and get horrible scores? Ever thought how that's gonna affect you emotionally?
You don't wanna see you're AA scores hovering around 17-18, a week before your exam, because there's really not much you could do about it at that point.

Generally, Achiever is much harder than the real test. You don't need to read any forums to know this. They mention this in the email that includes your activation key. So, don't freak out if your achiever scores drop to 18.
Personally, I was scoring in the 20-22 range for topscore exams, and that's what I got on the real DAT. My achiever scores were horrible. I uninstalled the entire program after seeing AA scores of 18 on the first two exams, because I didn't want that to demolish the confidence which I built up little by little over a period of 3 months.

Use Achiever to study... Topscore to predict. I took achiever PAT again the day before my test just because Achiever PAT kicked my butt the first time around. Good luck!!
