that is equivalent to a theta of (ref angle) 17 degrees. In the 3rd quadrant where only tan, cotan are +. From that you should be able to solve.

Isn't sec positive in IV? So how is sec 287 > 0 true? Or am I looking at it worng?

Edit: Werid, it appears as sec 287 > 0 on your exam but sec 287 < 0 on me.
