Secondary proteins structure is characterized by:
a. interactions between side chains of AA
b.overall structure of polypeptide chain
c.coiling for folding of polypeptide backbone
d.the unique sequence of aa
e. strong covalent bonds called disulfide bridges
can anyone give examples of each.. orwhere they belong, because its hard to wiki and get a straight forward answer. disulfide bridges i thought were in peptidoglycan.. but ia m probably wrong. If any one could explain each of the choices it would be of great help.
