Topscore Garbage...

Im sorry for wasting space guys, but topscore needed a bashing, and I need to vent.. I (legit) BOUGHT the thing 10 months ago from them and now I need to use it again (because I obviously didnt get a TOPscore) and it wont work, saying my license expired... I didnt rent it... That is such bullcrap, im sorry but that is a garbage thing to do to an actual paying, supporting customer (considering all the bootlegs out there)... I mean it can only be used on one computer anyhow and I legitimately purchased it, so let me use what I purchased.. What crap.. sorry for all the ranting and complaining, but everyones got their hand out and no one supports what they sell.. If theres ever been a reason supporting piracy of software this is it... Or their competition.. I dont know much about that orgoman and his Destroyer, so I can't vouche for him, but atleast he's always on here, supporting his product to who he sells it to... Now, If I could afford it, I would try it..!!

Sorry guys and gals, im a frustrated second time applicant in the middle of studying for the DAT's again for the second time.. Im sure you can all feel my situation...... 😍

Everyone is saying they tried that and customer service told them to buy another one... i'll give it a shot I guess..

I'm not all that impressed with Topscore either. I've found several mistakes in their practice tests and their "solutions" are mediocre at best. Not to mention the Campbells book they cite in their solutions is the 4th edition. I bought my Campbells book almost 3 years ago back in highschool and it is the 6th edition. I guess that means the 4th edition came out around what, 10 years ago?

Only thing about Topscore is that almost everybody on SDN has said that the tests were closest to the real thing, compared to Kaplan and DAT achiever. The scores on Topscore are probably the best indicator of question difficulty and scores.

They say that the program only lasts for 7 months from the time you activate it. Why didn't you use it?

I feel your pain, the same thing happened to me and I wrote to them and they let me pay $25 for the same activation key.

When I bought it back in October, it clearly stated that the software would expire in 7 months but that you could pay a fee for extending it if it had expired.

So when I didn't do well on the test, I figured I could just pay a little extra when I was ready to study - turns out on January of this year, they changed their policy! Now, they state that after the software has expired you have to re-purchase it. I was so upset 😡 so I contacted them, and told them that at the time of purchase the policy stated that I could extend it for a small fee, and that now, with no notice, they had changed their policy...

Anyway, to make a long story short, I got the software until September for $25.

Give it a try - you have nothing to lose.

I'm in the same boat man..i can feel venting because thats what I did last week. First I realize that they don't renew, get a lil mad, but whatever what can I do... then I fill their stupid order form, and it doesnt work and use their back up order form. I wait about 3 days to get my hands on these practice test because I ran out, and I have no email from them. I call their stupid customer service and you can't ge ta hold of NO ONE. Then I had to fill out a
"request form" and got a call back telling me that I didn't put my credit card right.RIIGHT.. They send met eh unlock key, and finally when I'm ready to start taking these tests the unlock key doesn't WORK!!! Haha,, this sounds like a joke but then I write them another request form and don't call me with a very rude email and a new unlock key..haha...
Whatever though at least they have 3 tests that almost all have the same types of questions.

I sent them an email. I formatted my computer and it changed some number. haven't heard from them at all. I bought it 3months ago. Not happy whatsoever. I hope they resolve this.
