I followed the instructions to turn off norton antivirus script blocking, yet questions are still missing throughout the exams. Any ideas?

Did you make sure to turn off "script blocking" before you tried installing the program?

yeah, I just went through and restarted between every step of turning off script blocking and reinstalling topscore, and it seems to work now as long as I always hit 'next' between questions, and never scroll. Odd, but at least I can use it now.

Same thing happened to me.
For some reason Norton Antivirus doesn't like Topscore. 🙄
I had to uninstall the Norton Antivirus to make it work.
