Was it just me or are the two practice tests in Barron's much more difficult than the practice tests on TopScore CD?? (Especially the PAT section)...
Which one can I expect the real thing to be more like??....my DAT is in one week!🙂

Hey,
I thought the tests in Barron's which MUCH harder but that could just be me. I can't compare it as I am taking the DAT this Wednesday, ahhh only 3 days from now. I just want it to be over.

Yes-Okay, good. I am glad you thought so too. The PAT in Barron's was almost impossible (angle section was super tough)...have you taken TopScore practice tests on the CD at all? My test is in 7 days! You will have to let me know how you do!!!!!! 🙂 Good luck--I am sure you will ace it!!!

Hey,
Yeah I have taken all the Topscore tests. I believe they get harder as you go along because I was a little worried after I took the third test. However, I have studied my butt off for this test and can only hope it goes well. Good luck on yours too!

my DAT is on the 7th of Aug.. and i am getting more nervous by the hour... i dont feel as prepared yet.. how many times do you ppl go through Kaplan and topsScore practice exams?? when i do them, i get 17's and 18's, but whne i review them and see my stupid mistakes, it seems had i paid more attention, i would have gotten 21 or 22. Do you feel the same away too??

Yup. I felt very much the same. Very very much the same. Lately though I have finished each section about 10 minutes early and have been able to correct stupid mistakes like that. Hopefully the real dat ends up like that.

Actually - on the real test (for those who've taken it) did you feel like you had more or less time that on the practice tests? Or did you even notice... i guess the "acid" in the name of the functional group is good tipoff 🙂 I just don't compeltely remember the reasoning.
