does anyone understand Topscore test 1, question number 92 on the Ochem section..... its about an E2 reaction with a cycloakane and i dont get how the ch3 group is supposedly not antiperiplanar with the leaving group.... any insight anyone?

remember in E2, you ll need an anti-coplaner H to get deprotonated and the CH3 position doesnt have such Hydrogen.
