Torn between two schools. HELP!

I'm conflicted between two schools to attend before the graduate occupational therapy program. I live in North Carolina where the only Occupational Therapy schools are: Lenoir Rhyne, Winston Salem State, UNC-Chapel Hill and East Carolina.

I'm torn between attending East Carolina or attending UNC-Charlotte and transferring to the Occupational Therapy program upon graduation. I'm skeptical since I'm unsure if these schools would give preference to students that received their bachelor's degree there.

Could anyone give me some insight or helpful suggestions? Thank you so much!

While I'm not familiar with those schools or programs I know most schools that accept students with bachelors degrees into entry-level programs most likely don't care where you got your degree. GPA, pre-requisite grades, GRE scores, volunteer hours, essay, and letters of recommendation are the most important factors. The type of degree and major don't matter. The school I got my BA from (Kean) had an OT program and unless you were in the BS/MS track, their acceptance rate into the entry-level masters is extremely low even if you graduated from that school. Honestly the best thing to do would be to call the programs you are interested in and inquire on how to make your application stronger. You may also want to try and to talk to students in the program and get some advice from them.
