I was looking at this for studying for step II. Have people used it for both the MCCQE and step II? We have First Aid for review for Step II and it is ok, but thought I would ask about this. It looks pretty good -

Does it come with a QBank?

It comes with CD-ROM, but I don't think a bank of questions... it's quite thorough and has more information than likely needed for Step II. You can buy them through the U of T website ... at least a while back you could... you might check there. It's a nice reference, but not something you can pick up and browse through in a week... more like a month...
