If tuition is about 160,000 for for years and assuming you can split rent for a place with someone for 600-700/month, this total comes to ~190,000. How much is the total cost for everything else?

What a lot of people don't realize is that interest on your loans begin the day they are issued. So if you took out 250k total for 4 years, you're looking at owing 300 something before you begin working.
Yes i know you can get interest free loans but the max is less than 10,000 per year, so you need to get gradplus loans/private etc..
COA for nova is around 76,000 a year. That is the max they let you pull out. And that is assuming that you are splitting an apartment with a roommate. If you lived frugally, you could probably shave a bit off of that number, but I wouldn't imagine that much. Don't forget that tuition will probably see another 6% or so increase every other year.
