My school does TOUCH hours and I didn't even know about it until the fall of my second year. I have done medical missions, volunteer work, etc. However, I feel like the volunteering and medical outreach is really important but logging it into a fancy computer system isn't important.

I have been told that any mentioning of TOUCH hours associated with the DO initial on your resident application will be in the auto rejection pile.
