can a pathologist identify barrett's ulcer in low power microscope ?

I don't know what you're getting at, but Barrett's Esophagus is a complicated issue and I direct you to any GI textbook for more information. The diagnosis is made by a combination of endoscopic findings and pathology. Intestinal metaplasia does not necessarily imply Barrett's mucosa. You have to have appropriate endoscopy. Vice versa also.
