Hello,

Just wondering if there are any students out there that could give me their personal opinion of Touro University's MPH program? I want to hear from students who are actually in the program or applying like I am. I have my interview coming in a few weeks and I was also wondering what i could do to prepare myself for the interview. Is there an essay to write for the interview? Any feedback will help.

I, too, applied for this program but haven't heard anything back yet. From what I heard this is their 2nd year offering this program.

Hi guys, I just got accepted into the accelerated MPH and looking to get into the PharmD program the following year. I hear good things about the program and will be taking Touro up on their offer to enroll. Good luck to everyone

I applied to the accelerated MPH option last week... how long did it take for those of you who received interviews to hear back after applying? And does anyone know if they are still sending interview invites and have spots left? Thanks!

you can e-mail the school asking for an unofficial notifcation as to whether or not you got in. I e-mailed them 2 days after the interview, and the notified me that same day that i had been accepted.

they didn't tell any of us during the interviews about how many seats they had left or how many they were accepting, but just that they still were trying to fill the class. let me know how it goes for you.

Thanks ryseroni, I just heard back from them and have an interview for next week. It sounds like they probably still have a bit of spots left. I'm really hoping to get in because I was accepted into two out of state pharmacy schools this year but turned them down in hopes of getting into Touro MPH and later the PharmD program.

Can you tell me how the interview went? How many people interviewed with you? How did you think you did? Thanks!

interview was pretty chill. a group interview lasting from 10-1:30 and the actual interview portion is an hour. The staff there was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions. The group interview was going to be with 8 people, but 1 didnt show up.

The just ask 1 general question about what you would do with a MPH and then 1 question thats catered personally to you and what you wrote on you application. It was pretty chill.

you're right about it being very laid back, thanks for the info.. everybody was really nice and down to earth. i just found out by email that i'm accepted so i'm pretty excited to start. hopefully there is enough time to get everything situated before school starts.

Hi! I found this forum through searching about Touro’s MPH program (nearly 10 years later, I know). I am attending TUNCOM in the fall to pursue my DO degree and they recently informed us of a DO/MPH dual degree program with Touro CA. Can any of you share your experience pursuing an MPH there for some reference? I’m finding very little information.
