does anyone else feel weird about getting an interview? i am SO SO grateful but im looking at everyone on here with such high gpa's and higher DAT's than me and I feel like I don't desever the interview. 3.14 science and 3.33 overall. 21 AA 22 TS with a 17 QR and 18 PAT

it's not always all about the stats
the schools pick people to interview that they believe will add something to a diverse class
they pick people that they think will complete the program and become good dentites
make the most of the opportunity and don't let it get in your head...

Hey you got an interview. Clearly they think you deserve to be there and that’s all that matters. Don’t compare yourself to others. You know what you’re capable of, so go to that interview and destroy it with your head up, knowing you belong! Good luck!

some people believe it is easier to convey facial/body language better in person than online...

Actually going to the school and seeing the facilities and meeting with students and faculty gives you a real perspective.
 
I know someone who went last cycle for an in person interview and the Interviewer wasn't there and they wound up doing it virtually anyway.
 
Hi! I got an interview from touro a few weeks ago, and i choose one of the virtual interview, and I just receive an email to confirm my "in-person interview". Did this happen to someone else? I made sure that I chose virtual because I am unable to flight that day ;/

didnt happen to me. email them politely asking if the date you chose was available. it could be it is no longer available. mention that this date doesn't work for you and you would like to choose another date as you are looking forward to the interview.
 
To anyone who has finished the Touro interview, how was the experience?
 
What are the chances of acceptance if you interview in February? Do they fill most of their class by then?

Touro is a private and fairly expensive school, so I think most of the class won’t be filled by then.
