chem 2 havent gotten the grade yet
Anatomy havent gottern the grade yet
feedback is welcomed 😳

for most if not all schools, you need to pass all your classes with a "C" or above

Just curious why you're going to finish a BA in psych if you plan on applying to pharmacy school. Does Touro require a bachelors?

How did your school now let you take chem 2 with a D in chem 1?

a D is a passing grade in my school i am going to take summer classes and bring my GPA up.

Honestly - Your grades are pretty bad. Especially considering you took chem I twice, and got a F/D.. That is not much of an improvement. This typically means that you did not study the material covered in class.

Sounds like you are early on in your college career.. One of the best choices I have ever made at the age of 19 was to leave college (I had a 2.0 GPA) and focus on my career. Later in life, when I actually knew how to work, I went back to college and now maintain a 3.9 GPA.

You have an uphill battle ahead of you. You can either buckle down and get all A's, and a few B's, here on out. Or, you should consider going back to college later in life.

Good luck!

I don't know if your college allows you to retake chem I again, but you need to because you cannot apply with a D (even if your overall gpa goes up, no school accepts a D in a prereq).

Yeah, you can take your pre-reqs at a community college. I started at community college before transferring to a 4-year for my BS.

besides your pre req what is your overall GPA? If your overall GPA is good then it may make up for the poor performance grades.

From what I remember a lot of classmates took pre req's in community colleges. My knowledge may be obsolete, you may want to check with admissions on the latest.

You have to remember that any pharmacy program is a competition to get a seat. There around perhaps few hundred or thousand people trying to go to the same school. Your best bet is to get the highest grades possible here on out.

D is not acceptable. you must retake that class. Also, pharmcas will calculate all attempts
If you ace the chem course (4 credits). you still have a D+ final grade. however, this shouldn't put you down because you can take other chemistry courses and do better which will show your understanding as a whole!

overall gpa is so bad i am going to be dismissed from the school this yr i have to write a letter of appeal and see if they will keep me honestly i did so bad i am trying to stay + but its not working i am planning to go to nassau community college and then taking all the courses there and apply to baurch and get my degree from there.
