hey guys,
just wanted to let you all know that at the waterview apt complex:
studios are $705/mo
and the jr. 1 bedrooms are $750/mo.
I had a jr. 1 bedroom this year, and its very tiny (you probably want a twin sized bed). but it's the cheapest 1 bedroom I found.
the apartments are close to campus. its 9miles, and it takes about 15-20min to drive there. There is never any traffic on the freeway, and the freeway entrance is close to the apartment complex, so you can get on it quickly w/o too much morning rush.
here are some other things you might want to know too:
heated pool (its nice!)
there are both upstairs and downstairs apts
laundry is done by a special card that you deposit money into (so no quarters!)
there is a grocery store and many other shops right across the street (you can walk if you want)
Benicia is a safer city than Vallejo- try to avoid vallejo.
there is a mini gym in our complex- I go there all the time to run.
