when does Touro Middletown start accepting applications? I've heard they are starting this cycle, but they don't even have a website up yet.

I spoke with someone in admissions about this and they made it seem like when you apply to Touro-Harlem and are invited for an interview you'll have the option to choose Middletown.

Apply to TU NY and the secondary let's you choose your preferred campus.

Yea apply to Touro in Harlem and when you go to your interview you can apply for either campus. It opens in Fall of 2014

OH MY GOD. I live right by there.. It's going to be where the old hospital used to be. That's kinda exciting

Hey, I got accepted into the Middletown campus and I sent in my deposit. Is there anyone else who is class of 2018 here? What's Middletown like?

Middletown is not bad, yeah there are so areas that are bad, but that's everywhere. ORMC which is a huge hospital opened recently, and when I mean recent I mean 2-5 years ago. Very comfortable around here.

And the DO degree further loses worth.

For those that are familiar with Middletown what is the commute like from New York City to the new Touro campus in Middletown? How long is the commute? Is there a bus or train that can be taken as an alternative or is driving the only option? Thanks.

You can take the NJ transit and it can take 1.5-2 hours. I'm not sure if there is a bus, probably is though.

There is a bus, but I'd recc. the train if anything. It's about 1.5 hours from NYC to Middletown from Penn Station. Not too bad, wouldn't want to do it every day tbh, but that's my own opinion.

Not the most thrilling commute but I would assume it would provide some time to review before lectures. Which would be better overall as opposed to driving.

Hey, can you repost that facebook page please? This link doesn't work. Thanks.

Did anyone else put Harlem as their primary campus choice and then get an II from Middletown instead? This just happened to me and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I was thinking maybe I should call the office to see if this was a mistake or if it is easy to switch between campuses?

You should post this in the school specific thread and not this thread from 2013. Link to appropriate thread: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/thr...hread-2015-2016.1134671/page-10#post-17099913

Hi, I have an interview coming up there. Can you tell me how the interview experience was for you and what I can expect? Thanks
