Hey everyone,

Quick question about Touros' requirement for upper division coursework: Will it be accepted as in progress for the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters?

I wasn't planning on applying Touro, then decided that I should. I looked at their pre-reqs and saw that requirement and realized that most of my major concentration coursework is in the 200 level.

Thanks!

Which TOURO?

I applied and was accepted last fall - Sept 2011 for Touro NV. I had a few prereqs needed in addition to completing my degree. I listed all the classes for fall as in progress and spring as planned. When you do the Ac. Update in Dec you then change in progress to list grades and then spring classes become in progress. You should also be able to input any summer classes-2013 you might need to take if repeating or adding prereqs to your transcripts after graduating. Still had to earn my degree which required more upper level 300-400 classes. Shouldn't be a problem since most students are completing their undergrad degress and have a full year to complete at time of application for PT. FYI most of the prereqs should be 100-200 level classes except for psych maybe. Your BS/BA degree should include the appropriate number of upper level classes. If accepted and before starting classes you will have to submit your most current transcripts / degree directly to the school.
